FlowGenIQ Wix Apps Privacy Policy
This notice covers TrafficPilot, LeadPilot, and SitePilot.
Effective November 5, 2026. Operated by I Brain Robotics, Inc. Contact: contact@flowgeniq.org.
Information processed
We process the Wix app installation and site identifiers, published page content, site analysis, and the analytics, Search Console and blog data Wix makes available under the permissions you grant. LeadPilot additionally processes the inquiry fields you explicitly map from Wix Forms, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry text and consent values.
Purpose and providers
Information is used to provide your site review, action plan, monitoring history and, in LeadPilot, your inquiry queue. Hosting and storage are provided on Render. Wix supplies installation, site and form information. When you request a PageSpeed measurement, your public site URL is sent to Google. When you request an article draft, the internal BlogPilot writing engine processes your selected topic, public page metadata and site identifier using the managed OpenAI connection. It does not require a separate BlogPilot subscription. Writing receipts and encrypted drafts are stored to prevent repeat charges; app-data erasure queues deletion of the internal draft cache. Minimal usage receipts are retained to enforce the included monthly request allowance.
Retention and security
Saved reviews are encrypted and limited to the most recent 90 per site. Article drafts remain until you erase app records. Minimal writing usage receipts remain after draft erasure to prevent repeat charges and enforce the included monthly allowance. LeadPilot inquiries are retained for up to 180 days. App access is verified against Wix, and sensitive saved records are encrypted. You can export and delete your app records in Data Controls. Uninstall cleanup is processed when Wix delivers the app removal webhook. Hosting backups may retain deleted data until their normal rotation; contact support for a deletion request.
Your choices
Monitoring is off until enabled and can be stopped in the app. We do not sell inquiry records, send unsolicited marketing messages or use them to build a separate contact database. These dashboard apps add no visitor tracking cookies. Wix and your site’s own consent configuration govern collection on the site.
SitePilot
SitePilot uses Wix-verified installation, site and owner identifiers to authorize access and separate workspaces. It stores business briefs, chat messages, generated website designs, version history, publication status and usage counters. Imported supported websites also require storage of their design and frontend files. Wix authorization tokens are processed to verify requests and call Wix services; they are not stored in project records. Avoid putting passwords, API keys, health information, payment details or customer personal records in prompts or imported files.
For design generation and revision, SitePilot sends your request, website design and recent conversation context to OpenAI through its API. Render hosts the application and PostgreSQL project database in the United States. Wix provides identity, website hosting and business services. Published storefront, blog, booking and form pages communicate with Wix services; site owners provide visitor privacy and consent notices. SitePilot previews do not process card numbers; purchases use Wix checkout.
SitePilot project records currently remain stored until a verified deletion request is completed. Uninstalling SitePilot does not automatically delete its stored projects. Backups may retain deleted information until normal expiration. A verified request to contact@flowgeniq.org can seek access or deletion; include the app name and Wix site ID. Deleting SitePilot records does not delete published Wix websites, business records, orders or payments. SitePilot's dashboard uses HTTPS and does not set its own tracking cookies; published business pages may use browser storage for Wix visitor sessions and carts.
Requests
Site owners control their visitor information. Visitors should contact the site owner for access, correction or deletion. Site owners can use Data Controls or contact us for assistance, including questions about international data processing and applicable privacy rights.
