1. Install the app and open it from your Wix site dashboard as the site owner.
2. Publish your site, then choose Review my site. The review combines published pages, available search queries and Wix performance data.
3. Open each opportunity to inspect its evidence, next steps and success measure. Record progress and export your plan.
4. Enable scheduled monitoring only when you want recurring reviews. Disable it at any time.
5. In LeadPilot, load your Wix forms, choose an inquiry form and map each field by its label. Submit a test inquiry from your site and check the queue. Follow-up drafts are for manual review; this release does not send email or SMS.

Missing data

An unpublished site cannot be scanned. Search Console requires its own connected property and may be delayed. An unavailable source is not reported as zero. If a Wix permission changes, reopen the app and approve the requested update.

Data controls

Export saved reviews or, in LeadPilot, inquiries. You can delete individual inquiries or erase this app’s site data without changing your Wix site content.
